Hasan Abbasov and Mohammad Hashimli, employees of the confectionery department of Qafqaz Tufandag Hotel and Qafqaz Riverside Hotel, which are part of the country's first five-star hotel chain, "Qafqaz Hotels&Resorts", competed in the CÀSÀ Culinary Cup 2024 competition in the category of Innovative Desserts in the "Best Confectioner" nomination.

Within the framework of the competition based on the standards of the famous "WorldChefs" competition, our colleagues Hasan Abbasov were awarded gold medals and Muhammad Hashimli silver medals in the competition for individual sweets. Sweets prepared by our employees as an individual creative initiative were evaluated at the highest level in the categories of taste and presentation.

The participation of our colleagues in such competitions and the awarding of medals is an example of our high quality, outstanding culinary skills and innovative character in all areas.

"CÀSÀ Culinary Center", which serves the purpose of shaping and improving culinary education in the Caucasus region, is the first and only educational institution accredited by "City&Guilds" in Azerbaijan.
